Complete intake in the existing client portal. Your no-appointment scan is completed within 7 days after intake and required preparation. Postal delivery, when applicable, is separate.
Cancellations
You may cancel before the scan process begins for a full refund, with no cancellation fee. Once scan work has started, payments are non-refundable. Contact Dawn promptly to request a cancellation.
